“Comunicato in esecuzione dell’Ordinanza n. 992 del 8 maggio 2023 del Capo Dipartimento della Protezione Civile relativa ai primi interventi urgenti in conseguenza delle avverse condizioni metereologiche che, dal giorno 1 maggio 2023, hanno colpito il territorio delle province di Reggio-Emilia, di Modena, di Bologna, di Ferrara, di Ravenna e di Forlì-Cesena.
In accordance with art.11 of the above Ordinance, we inform the owners of mortgages of unusable or cleared buildings, namely the management of commercial, economics and agricultural activities, carried out in the same buildings, that they can request for the suspension of the installments of the same loans, prior the submission of a self-certification regarding the damage sustained under Decree of Presidente della Repubblica 28 December 2000, n. 445 and following modifications and integrations.
The suspension can be requested only one time until the viability or habitability of the aforementioned buildings is issued and nonetheless not over the date of termination of the state of emergency, choosing between the suspension of the whole installment or only the principal amount.
The deadline of the mortgage will be extended for the time corresponding to that of the suspension (this will result in an extension of the remaining term of the mortgage equal to the requested suspension time).
The suspension will not entail any burden and/or additional fee. Are responsibility of the customer the agreed contractual interests that will grow during the suspension time, if applicable, and that will be refunded to the customer from the first deadline following the end of the suspension period.
The power of suspension can be applied before 31 August 2023; the request, including the self-certification of the damage, shall be sent to the PEC mailbox of the Securitisation Company owner of the concerning loan and p.c. to this mail performing_utp@130servicing.com.
