Reporting System in accordance with D.Lgs n. 24/2023
Following the implementation of D.Lgs n. 24 del 10 marzo 2023, bearing “Attuazione della Direttiva UE 2019/1937 del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio, del 23 ottobre 2019, riguardante la protezione delle persone che segnalano violazioni del diritto dell’Unione e recante disposizioni riguardanti la protezione delle persone che segnalano violazioni delle disposizioni normative nazionali”, Centotrenta Servicing SpA (the “Company”) proceeded to make the necessary adjustments to the violations reporting system (Whistleblowing).
Are subject of the reporting the informations on the violations, including strong evidence, of national regulations and of the European Union that harm the public interest or the Company’s integrity, as well as the relevant illicit for the purpose of D.lgs 231/2001 and the violations of the Organizational Model.
The provisions of the Decree are not applied to complaints, claims or requests linked to a personal interest exclusively related to individual working relations, namely labour relations with hierarchically superordinate personalities.
The Company adopted opportune measures to ensure an adequate protection for the whistleblower, and provides the privacy of the same, of the involved people and of the people mentioned in the reporting, as well as the content of the reporting and the related documentation. The Portal allows the whistleblower to choose wether to provide their identity; the access to the Portal is managed so as to prevent the identification of the whistleblower that decides to remain anonymous. Nevertheless, the whistleblower will be able to include their personal informations later always through the Portal. Are expressly prohibited acts of retaliation, harassment or discrimination, direct or indirect, for reasons linked, directly or indirectly, to the reporting.
The reporting can be made through the following internal channels :

- Request for a direct meeting with the Director of Whistleblowing reporting of the Company;
- Regular mail sent to the Company address to the Director of Whistleblowing reporting of the Company.
It is also possible to address the reporting through the external channel managed by ANAC in the cases expressly specified in the directive.
The Director of Whistleblowing reporting is the Director of Compliance Function of the Company.
